HAISE.ai provides a governed, multi-tenant AI orchestration environment designed for organizations that need clarity, accountability, and scalability. Our services include AI model access, usage tracking, tenant management, and related features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Usage Credits & Billing

Usage Credits are prepaid balances for AI consumption (tokens, storage, TTS, STT). Platform Hosting covers infrastructure costs for enabled modules. Both are billed according to your selected plan.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to host and display it as part of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

HAISE.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
